What Is Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:
- Frame
- Motor
- Battery
- Electrical components
- Assembly defects
If a defect is confirmed, WinRider will, at its discretion: repair the product, replace defective parts, or offer an appropriate solution.
Warranty Period
Exact warranty details are specified on each product page. Warranty starts from the date of purchase.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (brake pads, tires, chain, etc.)
- Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
- Accidents or external damage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Improper maintenance
Warranty Process

Logistics & Service

- Repair timelines vary depending on the issue and parts availability
Important Conditions
- Original invoice is required
- Warranty applies only under normal usage conditions
- Warranty is not extended after repair or replacement
- Repairs must be performed by authorized technicians
Battery-Specific Conditions
Battery warranty applies only if:
- The original charger is used
- Proper charging practices are followed
- The battery is not exposed to extreme temperatures or misuse
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility
Refunds are accepted only for accessories returned within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is unopened
- The item is in its original packaging
- The original invoice or order confirmation is provided
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened accessories
- Used items
- Electric bikes or bicycles
- Batteries
- Customized or special-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse
Inspection & Refund Process
All returned items are subject to inspection. WinRider reserves the right to approve or reject a refund based on the product condition.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on payment providers
General Conditions
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- WinRider is not responsible for damage during return shipping if improperly packaged
