    Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

    • Electrical components
    • Assembly defects

    If a defect is confirmed, WinRider will, at its discretion: repair the product, replace defective parts, or offer an appropriate solution.

    Warranty Process

    Logistics & Service

    Important Conditions

    • Original invoice is required
    • Warranty applies only under normal usage conditions
    • Warranty is not extended after repair or replacement

    Battery warranty applies only if:

    • The original charger is used
    • Proper charging practices are followed
    • The battery is not exposed to extreme temperatures or misuse

    2. Returns & Refunds Policy

    Eligibility

    Refunds are accepted only for accessories returned within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

    • The item is unused
    • The item is unopened
    • The item is in its original packaging
    • The original invoice or order confirmation is provided
