4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders from 300 AED within the UAE.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability:

• E-bikes: 8–20 business days
• Bicycles: 6–15 business days
• Accessories: 1–4 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be issued after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty

All bicycles and e-bikes sold by WinRider AE come with a standard manufacturer's warranty (unless stated otherwise).

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

WinRider AE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Use of bicycles and e-bikes is at the customer's own risk. Always wear proper safety gear and follow local traffic regulations.
